Investment activities

The Company actively develops the construction industry by investing in construction of residential complexes, plants for production of construction materials aimed at import substitution in Kazakhstan. In the future, the Company plans to enter international markets by investing in construction abroad.

Conditions and sources of financing (own or borrowed funds) for realization of investment projects are determined within the framework of the Investment Policy approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, as well as other internal regulation related to investment activities.
